Our Zen Furled and Tapered Uni Thread Tenkara Lines are all built with high quality raw material from Japan, are handwoven with fine workmanship, have tippet rings and are very strong.  This line is a favorite for anglers that are looking for a traditional tenkara line that’s Hi-Vis and easy to see on the water. The red/orange color makes it easy for you to see but difficult for fish. It made of high quality Uni-thread so it turns over well, doesn’t get lost in the wind, yet still provides a delicate presentation when fishing traditional tenkara. The Zen Furled and Tapered Tenkara Fly Line gives nice feedback when casting so you feel the rod load and learn timing. Excellent for those new to tenkara Fly fishing, fishing in general or for those who simply prefer a more tradition experience. The Hi-Vis option is great for fly fishermen and women who struggle to see and track the line. Uni Thread does absorb water so the lines can also be used for nymphing or keep it off the water for dry fly fishing. Apply a dab of Otter Butter Line Dressing to the last foot of the line to waterproof it and reduce any water absorption. Hi-Vis available in 11ft lengths only.
